The Company you will be working for;
Our client is an established and successful company based in Newcastle. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.
The job you will be doing
*General customer service duties
*Answering inbound calls
*Data entry input into spreadsheets and internal systems
*Photocopying
*Scanning and filing
*Chasing up orders
*Any other general admin tasks as required
About You
*Previous customer service or administrative experience
*Computer literate
*Proficient in Excel packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook
*Excellent telephone manner
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
*Able to work alone or as part of a team
