Our charity client looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery, oversee staff, and ensure operational excellence. This is a full-time, interim role for a dynamic, organised, and people-focused professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all operational activities to ensure high-quality, efficient services
Manage and support staff, including supervision, development, and performance management
Develop operational plans and monitor progress against goals
Maintain strong relationships with partners and funders, ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met
Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively
Identify opportunities to improve services and implement process enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the charity, nonprofit, or public sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing budgets, contracts, or funding streams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar systems
Flexible approach to working some evenings or occasional travel
