TSR Legal are working in confidence with a Top 100 UK law firm to appoint an experienced Managing Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Residential Property team based in the heart of Bristol.
This is a rare opportunity to handle high-quality, non-panel residential property work, advising an impressive client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, developers, and private clients.
The Role
As a senior fee earner, you’ll take the lead on a broad range of complex and high-value residential property matters. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, driving departmental growth, and maintaining the firm’s reputation for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a varied caseload of high-quality residential transactions.
*Acting for HNW individuals, investors, and private clients.
*Providing strategic input to support the ongoing success of the team.
*Supervising and developing junior lawyers.
*Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
About You
*7-8 years PQE+ with strong technical expertise in residential property.
*Confident handling complex, bespoke transactions.
*Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
*Commercially astute with a client-focused approach.
*Able to work full-time from the firm’s Bristol office.
