The RoleWe’re looking for an organised and reliable Accounts Assistant to play a key role in our finance team. You’ll handle a wide range of accounting tasks and support the smooth running of the department.
Main Responsibilities:
*Processing purchase invoices and managing supplier ledger
*Monitoring and reconciling expense claims
*Assisting with month-end ledger reviews and reconciliations
*Working cross-functionally to resolve invoice and payment queries
*Maintaining accurate records and documentation
*Helping with general finance administration and ad-hoc tasks as required
Your BackgroundYou should bring:
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
*Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role (ideally)
*Good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
*Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external contacts
*A proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility
