The Company:
MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long-term position.

The Role:
*Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes and purchase orders.
*Book in materials using the internal stock control system, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
*Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for production and dispatch.
*Safely load and unload deliveries using appropriate equipment (training provided if required).
*Operate forklifts or pallet trucks to transport materials between departments.
*Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment in line with company standards.
*Liaise with production, quality, and logistics teams to support daily workflow and resolve any stock issues.
*Assist in regular stock counts and inventory audits, ensuring traceability and accuracy.
*Adhere to health and safety policies, wearing appropriate PPE and following safe handling procedures.
The Person:
*Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment (manufacturing experience an advantage).
*Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
*Confident using computers or stock management systems.
*A team player with good communication and time-management skills.
*Forklift licence desirable (but not essential – training may be provided).
