An established, friendly and successful chartered accountancy firm close to Buckingham, Milton Keynes and Towcester are seeking to hire a Managerial position, but they are happy to recruit from Senior Accountant level upwards.
Working closely with the Director / Partners, this firm would prefer someone mostly office-based, due to the level of interaction with staff and clients, in a key position, offering free parking, flexibility on hours and a good career opportunity, with very competitive pay and terms.
The salary on offer will entirely depend on the person chosen and their relevant skills and experience.
Key responsibilities include:
*Workflow allocation
*Supervise and co-ordinate trainees
*Review accounts and tax returns jobs
*Meeting new clients and managing existing client relationships
*Trainee reviews of work and career progress
*Preparation of accounts and tax returns for Limited Companies and Sole Traders
*Preparation of Personal Tax Returns and Partnership Tax Return
*Assistance with audit, although this can be excluded from the job as preferred
Qualifications
*ACA or ACCA qualified ideally, but those AAT or qualified by their experience will be considered
*Managerial experience, or review / supervisory and ready to step into a Managerial role
