Located in a beautiful Grade II listed barn in the heart of Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone, this nursery has been providing exceptional care and education since 2011. Known for its unique charm and nurturing environment, the nursery offers children a safe, welcoming space where they can develop the confidence and skills they need to be ready for school.
We are looking for a full-time Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) to join our dedicated team, ensuring that our children continue to receive high standards of care and education.

What We Need From You:
*A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
*Prior experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
*Knowledge of child development and understanding of children’s individual needs.
*Ability to work closely with parents/carers and build positive partnerships.
*Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both children and adults.
*Ability to work well as part of a team.
*Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to take on additional duties as required.

*Using assessment to track children’s progress and tailor learning experiences to their needs.
