Job Description:
Role: TraineeLettings Negotiator
Package: £18k - £25k OTE £35K +
Location: Acton (West London)
Hours + Days:(Mon – Friday 8:45am – 6:30pm) Every other Saturday 9:30am – 4pm
Must: Drive and have car (Pool car available if you don’t have a car)
Dress code: Smart office attire

Key Responsibilities
*Generating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted number of sales per
*week
*Selling all company services strongly and ethically
*Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business
*Registering new applicants
*Booking viewings
*Carrying out viewings
*Carrying out landlord marketing updates as directed
*Negotiating offers under the direction of the Lettings Manager
*Progressing; keeping all parties well informed
*Applying for tenant references and assisting progress to conclusion
*Gaining market appraisals and looking after landlords to actively promote their using our services
*Leaflet dropping
*Touting and canvassing
*Dealing with customer enquiries
*Keeping records of all activity
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the estate agency sector, must be willing to do the long hours in order to reap the rewards.
