About You: We’re looking for strong Tutors who have:
*At least 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as: *Tutor
*Teacher
*Cover Supervisor
*Teaching Assistant
*ELSA
*1:1 Support
*Other relevant education roles

*Experience working with learners with additional needs
*A commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning
As a Tutor, you will: *Deliver personalised sessions tailored to the learner’s needs.
*Provide consistent and supportive mentoring to help build emotional resilience and self-confidence.
*Develop and implement a Personalised Communication Plan using preferred signals (e.g., hand gestures, cards, emojis, words).
*Practice communication strategies in calm situations to build familiarity and trust.
