We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our clients sales team near Witney. The role requires a proactive individual to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth for the business.

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive include:

Profile
The successful Business Development Executive should have:
*Previous experience in sales (highly desirable, but not essential).
*Prior experience working to set targets or KPIs is ideal.
*Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and building client relationships.
*Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A results-driven mindset with the confidence and resilience to make outbound calls.
