Key Responsibilities of this Quality Manager position: *Lead product quality management, ensuring UK regulatory compliance for all hardline products.
*Ensure processes stay up-to-date with UK laws.
*Manage vendor relationships, ensuring SEDEX compliance and timely resolution of audit issues.
*Source high-quality vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage rebates.
*Work with testing labs, audit houses, third-party partners, and suppliers.
*Oversee QA/QC policies, product quality issues, recalls, and returns.
*Maintain product compliance, manage test certificates, and ensure safety data sheets.
*Lead ethical and environmental audits, maintaining due diligence.
Key requirements of this Quality Manager position - *4-5+ years’ experience in quality/compliance roles.
*Leadership experience managing a small team (2 reportees).
*Experience with external agencies, vendors, and contract management.
*Strong communication skills and knowledge of UK/EU testing requirements.
*Familiar with SEDEX systems and third-party audits.
*Detail-oriented and process-driven.
