The Commercial Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights to support decision-making within the senor leadership team. This role is based in Gloucester on a hybrid basis.

Our client is currently hiring for a newly created Commercial Finance Manager to join their Gloucester based finance team on a permanent basis.
Description
The Commercial Finance Manager will have the below responsibilities:
*Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes within the accounting and finance department, with a focus on commercial income streams.
*Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and drive growth.
*Analyse financial performance and present reports to senior management.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth.
*Take ownership of the CAPEX cycle.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Manage and develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities.
*Support the implementation of financial systems and tools as needed.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Commercial Finance Manager should have:
*A strong background in accounting and finance, experience in the construction industry is beneficial.
*Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and the use of financial systems.
*The ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
