We are working with an established Insurance organisation who is looking for a Commercial Insurance Handler to deal with commercial insurance renewals, mid-term adjustments and new quotes. The option for hybrid working is available 2 days home/3 office.
The Role:
*To administer insurance portfolios in a timely and professional manner.
*Handle communications with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
*The Commercial Insurance Handler will negotiate premiums and terms with insurers
*Assist clients with new business, renewals, amendments, and claims
*Establish strong relationships with clients, influencers, and suppliers
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and market trends relevant to the Insurance Broker role
*Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry codes of practice
*Understand and meet customer requirements
The Required Skills:
*Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within commercial insurance.
*A good understanding of regulatory requirements
*Excellent communication and attention to detail
*Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
*Cert CII qualification would be desirable
*Ability to work within a team and individually
