About the Role You will provide personalised tuition to students who may face additional challenges, including:
*SEN (Special Educational Needs)
*SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
*Trauma
*Risk of Permanent Exclusion (PEX)
Your sessions will help learners build confidence, engage positively, and achieve academic success.
As a Tutor, you will: *Deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
*Support emotional well-being and encourage positive engagement
*Work 1:1 or in small groups, adapting strategies for complex needs
*Track progress and share feedback with parents and schools
*Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
About you: *Minimum 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as Tutor, Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, ELSA, or 1:1 support
*Experience working with learners with additional needs
*Strong communication and organisational skills
