About the Role You will provide tailored tuition to students who may have additional needs, including:
*SEN (Special Educational Needs)
*SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
*Trauma
*At risk of PEX (Permanent Exclusion)
Your sessions will focus on building confidence, improving engagement, and supporting academic progress.
As a Tutor, You Will: *Deliver personalised learning plans to meet individual needs
*Work 1:1 or in small groups, adapting strategies for complex requirements
*Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being
*Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
As a Tutor, you will: *Deliver personalised sessions tailored to the learner’s needs.
*Provide consistent and supportive mentoring to help build emotional resilience and self-confidence.
*Develop and implement a Personalised Communication Plan using preferred signals (e.g., hand gestures, cards, emojis, words).
*Practice communication strategies in calm situations to build familiarity and trust.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:
