Job Description:
Senior Sustainability Consultant
Oxford
A leading independant, sustaiability-led consultancy is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver SAP, SBEM and EPC assessments for new and existing developments.
* Prepare Energy and Sustainability Statements for planning, including London Plan compliance.
* Conduct TM59/TM52 Overheating Assessments and support Whole Life-Cycle Carbon and Circular Economy Statements.
* Lead client communication and coordinate with design teams to provide practical, compliant advice.
* Support junior assessors and contribute to the development of internal sustainability frameworks.
About You:
* 2+ years’ experience in energy modelling or sustainability consultancy.
* Skilled in IES-VE, Elmhurst, or equivalent software.
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
* Strong communicator with commercial awareness and initiative.
