IFA Administrator
Stockton On Tees
£26,000 – £28,000
NJR are delighted to be currently working with an Independent Financial Advisory Firm, who are now seeking a pro-active, experienced IFA Administrator to join their already well experienced team.
This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services industry, and has experience of administering Pensions & Investments

Providing support to a small team of Wealth Planners, other duties will include:
*Processing new business
*Using Provider Platforms
*Producing Valuations and Illustrations
*Dealing with client queries
*Arrange meetings / book appointments.
*Scanning documentation onto IFA specific software (Intelligent Office / Intelliflo)
*Liaising with product providers / mortgage lenders, as and when necessary.
*Assisting advisers in the creation of client financial reports / letters.
*Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications.
What do we need from you?
*Previous experience working in financial planning
*Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection
*Excellent communication skills including telephone skills
*Strong attention to detail
