Recruitment Consultant – Public Sector Specialists
Central London | On-site
£27,000–£40,000 base + uncapped commission (Year-1 OTE £60k+)

What you will do:
*Build relationships with skilled public sector professionals and help them find their next role.
*Partner with councils and housing associations to understand their needs and deliver trusted recruitment support.
*Learn to manage the full process - from winning clients and booking interviews to placement and aftercare.
*Work closely with experienced consultants and directors who will coach you every step of the way.
*Grow your market knowledge and own your desk as your confidence develops.
