This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in coordinating client projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service throughout.
Key Responsibilities *Create and manage project workbooks and quotations based on client or contractor information.
*Review and mark up plans to reflect client requirements (training provided).
*Oversee project timelines and budgets using the internal project management system.
*Liaise with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.
*Update and maintain all project documentation, including Health & Safety paperwork.
*Support with invoice and order discrepancies, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
Candidate Profile *Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
*Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
*Excellent communication skills with a professional approach.
*Confident using Microsoft Office; NetSuite and ERP’s (full training provided).
*A strong team player who can also work independently.
