Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Keighley
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE
About the Opportunity:
A manufacturing business in Keighley is looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen their commercial and customer-facing operations.
The Role:
This is a key position focused entirely on managing and developing relationships with existing customers (no new business or sales chasing required). You will take ownership of the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to production, project coordination, and final delivery. Working closely with engineering, production, and commercial teams, you will ensure every customer receives exceptional service and accurate, timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture relationships with high-profile, global customers
* Act as a project manager for customer enquiries, overseeing budgets, technical specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines
* Work closely with engineering and production teams to support smooth order progression
* Oversee pricing, quotations, and commercial elements of customer projects
* Coordinate sample dispatches and manage lead times (typically 6–12 weeks)
* Support export enquiries and international customer requirements
* Work alongside a strong sales administrator who handles day-to-day order updates and logistics
About You:
* Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, approachable, and confident communicating at all levels
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential
* Highly organised, able to manage complex projects from enquiry to delivery
* Commercially aware, with an understanding of pricing and budgeting
* Willing to learn — or experienced in — export processes and supporting international orders
