We’re working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Exeter and nearby towns who are looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Teaching Assistants to support their Early Years and Key Stage 1 classrooms.
What You’ll Be Doing:*Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day activities
*Helping children with learning, play, and personal development
*Creating a safe and engaging environment for pupils
*Assisting with classroom setup and resource preparation
*Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
What We’re Looking For:*Experience working with young children (Nursery, EYFS, or KS1)
*A caring and patient approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
*DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
