Job Description:
1:1 Learning Support Assistant Needed - Chelmsford, Essex
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1-to-1 Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team at a specialist SEN College located in Chelmsford, Essex.
Role Overview:
· Provide tailored 1-to-1 support to a student with additional needs
· Assist with learning activities, emotional regulation, and personal development
· Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to implement individual learning plans
· Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
· Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential
· A caring, patient, and proactive approach
· Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students
· Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
