Package: £25-27K Basic + Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

Our client is looking for the following:
*Must hold a 2:1 degree or above
*Maintained at least 2 years in a commercial role
*Someone with a sponge like mentality who wants to be coached
*Ambitious individuals looking to progress their career quickly
*Financially and success driven
*Competitive nature
*Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive
*Some commercial work experience (preferred but not essential)
*People with a high-level sporting background (preferred but not essential)

*Guiding candidates through the interview process
*Account management
*Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
*Closing business deals
*Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
