Lettings Negotiator – Shoreditch
Our client:
Our client is a leading independent estate agency specialising in Central and East London property. With over 15 years of experience, they’re known for their deep local knowledge, boutique service, and expertise in lettings, sales, and property management. Their Shoreditch office sits at the heart of one of London’s most vibrant rental markets—and they’re growing.
The Role
Our client is looking for a confident and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their Shoreditch team. You’ll be handling viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding tenants and landlords through the lettings process—fast-paced, varied, and rewarding.
What You’ll Need
*2 years experience in lettings or sales
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Local knowledge of Shoreditch/East London is a bonus
*Positive attitude, target-driven mindset
What We Offer
*£23,000-£25,000 basic salary
*10-25% commission per deal
