Female PE Teacher (Maternity Cover)
*Job Type: Temporary (Jan to Aug)
*Location: Tower Hamlets, London
*Salary: Daily rate to be discussed
We are seeking a dedicated Female PE Teacher to cover maternity leave from January to August at a secondary school in Tower Hamlets, London. This role is ideal for an exceptional educator who is keen to develop further in their career, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to encourage student development.
*Maintain a positive, energetic, and inclusive classroom environment.
*Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the physical education program.
*Participate in school events and activities related to sports and physical education.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Proven experience as a PE Teacher in a secondary school setting.
*Strong ability to teach and manage students of varying abilities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Highly flexible, adaptable, and hardworking.
*Passionate about physical education and promoting healthy lifestyles among students.
