Job Description:
1st Line Support Desktop Engineer - 5 days onsite
We are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Desktop Engineer - 5 days onsite to join our client on a 2 month contract.
The role is to apply a pre-provided image onto circa 200 Laptops, helping with user roll-out and troubleshooting any user level config requirements.
The client has said it is likely to be 3 days loading the imaging on to the laptops and then 2 days sitting with the new user making sure everything works and shortcuts, applications etc are all correct.
Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
