Job Description:
Conveyancer – Bradford
I am working with a respected regional law firm with a strong presence in Yorkshire, currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its well-established Residential Property department based in Bradford.
This is an ideal role for a Conveyancer with proven new build experience who is comfortable managing a busy caseload and is looking to join a firm that values people, supports career growth and offers a genuinely collaborative working culture.
Responsibilities:
*Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including new build, sales, purchases, plot sales and shared ownership
*Work closely with developers, housebuilders and estate agents
*Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the transaction
*Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and referrers
*Contribute to business development where appropriate
*Supported by legal assistants and a well-structured team
About You:
*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (qualified or unqualified)
*Demonstrable experience in new build work is essential
*Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
*Client-focused with excellent attention to detail
*Comfortable developing relationships with clients and third parties
*Proactive, organised and commercially aware
