The Opportunity This Senior Financial Planning & Reporting Manager role is a Group-level position with responsibility across the UK, US, and European operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance through accurate planning, forecasting, and insightful analysis.
The business is in an exciting transition period - phasing out legacy products, launching new revenue streams, and integrating a new ERP system - offering significant scope to influence strategic decision-making and shape the FP&A function for the future.
Key Responsibilities * Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across multiple business units.

* Deliver robust management reporting, including month-end analysis, flash revenue, variance commentary, and cashflow forecasting.

* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

* Partner with commercial and operational teams to develop business plans and financial models for new product lines and initiatives.

* Support system optimisation following the implementation of a new accounting and reporting platform.

* Drive process improvement and standardisation across Group FP&A.

* Manage and prioritise multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

About You * Professionally qualified accountant (CA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).

* Proven track record in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within a complex, multinational or manufacturing organisation.

* Strong technical accounting and analytical ability, with excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.

* Commercially astute, confident in partnering with senior stakeholders, and able to influence decision-making.

* Calm, professional demeanour with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.

* Experience improving or implementing financial systems and processes desirable.

Salary will sit within a range of £85,000 - £90,000 plus a strong benefits package and hybrid working.
