Working Pattern: Hybrid - flexible, with travel required across UK offices
Overview An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to take ownership of a diverse national office portfolio. This is a hands-on role supporting the Head of Facilities and working closely with the wider team, including the Sustainability Manager and HSE Manager.
The role offers significant exposure to strategic property initiatives, office refurbishments, and lease management, with the opportunity for growth and potential line management responsibilities in the future.
Key Responsibilities * Manage the company’s property portfolio across multiple UK offices.

* Oversee and coordinate lease contracts, renewals, and negotiations.

* Collaborate with suppliers, leasing agents, and local office managers to ensure efficient property operations.

* Support and lead on office refurbishment and relocation projects.

* Maintain a detailed lease event diary to support strategic planning.

* Work alongside senior leadership and consultants on capital projects and sustainability initiatives.

* Monitor and manage budgets, supplier performance, and compliance standards.

* Act as an escalation point for property and facilities-related issues.

* Support the organisation’s sustainability and "Net Zero" objectives.

About You * Proven experience in property portfolio management across multiple sites.

* Strong knowledge of lease management and supplier coordination.

* Experience assisting with or leading office refurbishment or fit-out projects.

* Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

* Commercially astute with experience in budget management.

* Professional, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

* Willingness to travel as required to various office locations.
