Be the Backbone of a Leading Wealth Management Practice – IFA Administrator Opportunity
A highly regarded and growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their supportive and client-focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in financial planning administration who is looking to deepen their expertise, enjoy a well-rounded benefits package, and grow their career in either Paraplanning or Financial Advice.
Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting Financial Planners in the preparation of client meeting packs, valuations, and documentation
*Submitting and tracking new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records via the firm’s back-office system
*Communicating with product providers and clients to gather information and resolve queries
*Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
*Assisting in the production of reports and documentation required for annual reviews or suitability reports
Candidate Requirements:
*Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment is essential
*Strong understanding of financial products including pensions, ISAs, investment bonds, and protection
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Experience using CRM/back-office systems such as Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar (preferred)
*Progress toward CII or LIBF qualifications is desirable but not essential
