Job Description:
We have agency roles available in adult social care in Telford and Shropshire please see below.
Pay rate is £28.40 - £31.97 umbrella.
North Shropshire Adult Social Care team (community team)
*Based at Market Drayton and Oswestry offices
*Hybrid working
Telford Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism team
*Hybrid working
*Completing Care Act Reviews and maximising health care funding
Telford - Senior Social Worker Integrated Community Assessment team
*Based at Princess Royal Hospital with hybrid working
Telford – Senior Social Worker – Early Intervention and Prevention team
*1 full-time post and 1 part-time post
*Hybrid working

Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*Must have substantial post-qualified experience in adult social care
*Must have experience relevant to the team
