What You’ll Be Doing:
*Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages
*Transfers of equity
*Right to buy
*Shared ownership schemes
*Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
*Ensuring high standards of client care and regular updates throughout transactions
*Adhering to best practices, internal quality procedures and regulatory standards
*Engaging in business development and relationship-building initiatives
*Participating in regular training and personal development programmes
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
*Proven ability to run a full caseload independently and pick up files mid-transaction when needed
*Strong interpersonal and client care skills
*A proactive, positive and solutions-driven mindset
