Working in a small team, duties will include, but not be limited to:
*Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records related to all sales and purchases.
*Matching purchase orders with supplier invoices and receipt documentation.
*Receiving and confirming customer orders via phone, email, or CRM systems.
*Ensuring customers receive accurate shipping and invoicing documentation.
*Assisting with the preparation of monthly management and financial accounts.
*Preparing 3 rd party audit documentation.
*Answering phone calls and directing inquiries.
*Managing email correspondence and filing documents.
*Assisting in other departments when necessary.
The person:
*You will have good IT skills.
*Good written and verbal communicationskills are required.
*Suitable for a school leaver, graduate, or somebody with basic accounting experience wishing to advance their career.
