Personal Injury Fee Earner – Leeds
A leading national law firm with a strong reputation for personal injury and insurance work is looking to recruit an experienced RTA Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join its busy claimant fast track RTA team in central Leeds.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a highly respected legal practice known for delivering excellent legal services in a supportive and collaborative working environment. Responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload of fast track RTA litigation claims from instruction to settlement or trial
Handling liability disputes and advising clients throughout the litigation process
Maintaining high service levels to insurer clients and meeting internal quality standards
Working closely with solicitors and fellow fee earners as part of a high-performing team
Candidate requirements:
Previous experience managing litigated fast track RTA claims
Solid understanding of the litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules
Working knowledge of the OIC portal is essential
Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
