Location: Birmingham (Hybrid )
Salary: £35,000 + great benefits
Robert Half have been retained by a well-established organisation to recruit a Power BI Analyst within their Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance.

What You’ll Do * Build and deliver impactful Power BI reports with clear analysis and commentary

* Identify trends, highlight underperformance, and provide actionable recommendations

* Work closely with Tech to improve and automate reporting tools

* Support the Head of Commercial Finance with data-led insights to enhance performance

What You’ll Bring * Proven experience in a data or performance analyst role

* Advanced Power BI skills and confidence in creating dashboards

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

* A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a passion for improvement
