SEMH Teaching Assistants - Salisbury - Full-Time - Immediate Start
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? A supportive all-through SEMH school in Salisbury is seeking full-time Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.
About the Role:
*Support students across both primary and secondary phases.
*Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and emotional support.
*Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for pupils with SEMH needs.
*Assist with behaviour management and promote positive social interactions.
Requirements:
*Experience working with children or young people, ideally in SEMH or SEN settings.
*A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*A genuine desire to support and empower vulnerable learners.
