Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Maths to students at GCSE and A Level.
*Foster a positive learning environment that stimulates student interest and engagement.
*Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
*Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and attainment of students.
*Collaborate with colleagues within the faculty to enhance teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
*Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A genuine passion for Maths
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience teaching Maths at GCSE and A Level is highly desirable.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team of teachers.
*Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.
