Payroll Administrator – Leicester Based

Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
*Handle client data with accuracy and prepare detailed reports.
*Liaise with clients on payroll and related queries.
*Process end-to-end payroll for a diverse client portfolio.
*Maintain accurate and concise record systems.
*Provide general administrative support to the team.
Experience & Skills
*Ideally 2+ years in a similar payroll role.
*Strong proficiency in end-to-end payroll processing.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Salary & Benefits
*Salary is flexible and dependent on experience.
Working Pattern
*No formal flexible working policy, but the culture is highly supportive—remote working and flexible hours are accommodated where needed.
