Food Technology Teacher - SEMH School - Salisbury - Full-Time - Immediate Start
Are you a passionate educator with a flair for food and a commitment to supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? A welcoming all-through SEMH school in Salisbury is seeking a dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join their team full-time, starting as soon as possible.
About the Role:
*Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons across a range of age groups (primary to secondary).
*Teach the BTEC Home Cooking Skills course, helping students build confidence and essential life skills.
*Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of SEMH learners.
*Work collaboratively with a supportive team to create a nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
*QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Experience teaching Food Technology, ideally within SEN or SEMH settings.
*Ability to deliver BTEC Home Cooking Skills.
*Strong behaviour management and a compassionate, resilient approach.
