Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Casualty Claims Handler, you will manage claims efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.


*Claims Management: Handle EL/PL casualty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
*Decision-Making: Take ownership of claims decisions within your authority, working closely with underwriters, risk engineers, and analysts.
*Client & Insurer Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to provide clear advice and updates.
*Professional Development: Engage in CPD and work towards professional qualifications, including CII certification.
*Team Collaboration: Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, "One Team" culture, embracing


What we are looking for:
*Recent Graduate calibre with a strong academic background.
*Graduates with a Law Degree are highly desirable for this position but other relevant degrees will also be considered.
*Strong analytical competence and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills and a desire to take on responsibility.
*Enthusiastic about learning and developing within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
*Comfortable in a culture of open and direct communication.
