Territory Sales Manager – Turf & Ground Care Machinery

Location: East Riding & North Yorkshire Coastline
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission + company vehicle
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for turf and ground care equipment? A leading dealer network is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join their expanding Turf Division.
The Role:

You’ll take ownership of a key territory, building strong relationships with commercial turf customers including golf courses, sports venues, local authorities, and contractors. You’ll promote a premium range of turf and ground care machinery, lead product demonstrations, and deliver tailored solutions with the support of a collaborative sales, parts, and service team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and grow a defined territory of commercial turf clients
*Promote and sell professional turf machinery (including premium brands)
*Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
*Conduct site visits and product demonstrations
*Prepare proposals and finance packages
*Collaborate with aftersales teams to ensure excellent customer support
*Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
*Represent the business at trade shows and industry events
*Monitor market trends and competitor activity
*Achieve sales targets and contribute to divisional growth
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in equipment sales (turf, ground care, or related sectors)
*Strong commercial acumen and target-driven mindset
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Technical understanding of turf machinery (or willingness to learn)
*Self-motivated and able to work independently
*CRM proficiency and structured sales process knowledge
*Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region
