Compliance Officer – Temporary to Permanent
Burton upon Trent - Must drive due tlocation of the role - free parking!
£13.50-14.50 per hour depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday
SF Recruitment are supporting a reputable business seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Working as part of the Business Support Team, you’ll help ensure the company continues to meet its legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.
This is a varied role that combines compliance coordination, administration, and audit support — perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update internal compliance records across all areas of the business
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and evidence are accurate and up to date
* Assist with maintaining ISO management systems
* Produce compliance reports
* Identify potential risks or non-compliance issues
* Provide general administrative support and act as a key point of contact for compliance queries
About You:
* Previous experience in a compliance, quality, or administrative role
* Good understanding of ISO management systems or similar frameworks
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong reporting and IT skills (MS Office)
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
