Our client is looking for an experienced Painter to join their team and make a real impact! From transforming void properties to refreshing tenanted homes, and tackling damp and mould with professional care, this is your chance to showcase your skills and craftsmanship
Pay: £15 -16.36 per hour
Location: Leicester
Contract: Temporary
What You’ll Do:
*Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming).
*Paint void and tenanted properties to a professional standard.
*Treat and paint areas affected by damp and mould, following health and safety guidelines.
*Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
*Communicate effectively with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in painting and decorating.
*Knowledge of damp and mould treatment techniques.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Full UK driving licence (essential).
*Good communication and customer service skills.
