Sales Assistant - Jewellery & Watches | Luxury Retail | South Coast
Zachary Daniels are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected luxury jewellery and watch retailer. We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join their boutique team in the South Coast area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in jewellery or watch sales, or a motivated individual eager to learn and develop within the luxury retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a personalised shopping experience.
* Support sales of fine jewellery and luxury watches, helping clients find the perfect piece.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards and assist with product presentation.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Learn about fine jewellery, watches, and luxury retail practices through ongoing training.
* Assist with stock management, client communications, and after-sales support.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or watch sales preferred, but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with a professional and confident manner.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
* Team-oriented, motivated, and passionate about delivering a high-quality shopping experience.
