Vacancy: Finance Property Management Manager
Location: South Woodford
Salary £30/35k depending on experience
Our client are a well established Independent Estate Agency who are now looking for a Finance Property Management Manager to join their property management team in South Woodford.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited:
*Chase Current Rent Arears – Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims
*Chase Historic Rent Arrears – Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.
*Banking – Putting Rents on the system daily
*Bank Reconciliation
*Rent Payments
*Rent Guarantee Payment – twice a month only – batch payment.
*Any ad-hoc duties given
Candidate requirements:
*Previous Property/Accounts Management experience is essential for this role
*Credit control and accounts background
*Keen eye for detail
*Ability to priotise workload
*Work well within a team environment
Hours:
Monday to Friday, no weekends
