Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a leading fashion brand in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused, motivated individual to support a successful store team, drive sales, and develop their retail career.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
*Support store management with day-to-day operations
*Drive sales and performance to achieve company targets
*Open and close the store as required
*Maintain high retail standards including merchandising and stock control
*Handle deliveries accurately and efficiently
*Build strong relationships with colleagues and wider teams
About You:
*Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
*Positive, can-do attitude and a natural people person
*Confident communicator with strong customer focus
*Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
*Ideally able to drive with access to a vehicle
