About the Role
Day Webster is working with leading healthcare providers to recruit experienced Neonatal Nurses. In this role, you’ll provide specialised care for newborn babies, including those born prematurely or with medical conditions, in a high-quality, supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive neonatal care in line with best practice and clinical guidelines.
*Monitor and assess the health of newborns, delivering interventions as required.
*Support and educate parents and families on caring for their baby.
*Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
*Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
*Registered Nurse (NMC) with relevant neonatal experience.
*Experience in NICU or SCBU preferred.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
