*Hourly Rate: £23
*Location: Newcastle / Northumberland
*Job Type: Temporary (4 weeks)
*Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
*Start Date: ASAP
Our client is seeking an experienced Joiner to work on home extensions in the Newcastle and Northumberland area. This temporary position is ideal for someone skilled in both 1st and 2nd fix joinery who can work independently when required.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Perform 1st and 2nd fix joinery tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
*Work independently on various home extension projects, managing time and resources effectively.
*Ensure all work is completed within the set deadlines and complies with all safety and building regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Relevant qualifications and certificates
*Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix joinery.
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Must have own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
