Cover Supervision Co-ordinator
Location: Southampton
Salary: SCP 13-17 £29,064-£31,022 (FTE £24,999-£26,683)
Contract: Term Time Only, Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting education?
We are seeking a Cover Supervision Co-ordinator to join our team and ensure smooth and effective cover arrangements for staff absences.
What you’ll do:
*Manage and record staff absences using the school’s information system.
*Arrange cover for lessons, liaising with internal staff and external supply agencies.
*Provide induction and support for agency/supply staff, ensuring they understand policies and procedures.
*Maintain accurate records and produce daily cover lists for staff.
*Coordinate room bookings and ensure cover staff have the resources they need.
*Monitor and report on cover arrangements and staff absence data.
