Job Title: Engineering Geologist
Location: London - Remote
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
An exciting opportunity has opened for an Engineering Geologist in London. You will have the chance to work for a specialist ground investigation consultancy and contractor with a large presence in and around London. You will also have the chance to work remotely when not on site.
The successful Engineering Geologist will have the exciting opportunity to work on a wide range and scale of projects. These projects will range from former gas works to geotechnical investigation on wind farms.

As the Engineering Geologist you will be expected to carry out the following: soil sampling, risk assessments, phase 1 reports, phase 2 interpretative reports, geotechnical site investigation, slope stability assessments. You will be trained up by talented Senior Engineering Geologists and then working alongside Graduates. You will have the chance to mentor and train Graduates on site work.
Essential Criteria:
*Hold a degree in Geology/Geotechnical Engineering/Geoscience
*Live in London or surrounding area
*Hold a full UK driving licence
*Full working rights to work in the UK
*Phase 1 factual report writing skills
*1 years’ experience within ground investigation or relevant background
